D Williams5.0: Don’t waste money renewing your pan every 18 months when it starts to stick! I bought the 8″ pan 18 months before & on the strength of it’s performance got this bigger one. 2 years on it is still not sticking to anything I cook. BUT – I NEVER put them in the dishwasher. Only a spot of oil/fat; rub it round to coat the whole pan base and off you go. Takes a while for the heat to come through (showing a heavy base layer) but is certainly the best I’ve used in 50+ years of cooking!
Ian Ashton5.0: I migrated to Scanpan to see is there really is such a thing as everlasting non stick. This replaced a 28cm sauté pan which I managed to degrade by overheating. SoI don’t overheat or use very hot for that matter. I use a griddle for searing steaksI don’t use metal implements ( despite what the instructions say)I use the pan 4 or 5 times a weekMy experience is that doing this will give you in excess of 6 years usage. Which was enough for me to stick with the brand.
TAC5.0: I bought this about 3 weeks ago and have been using it regularly – it is absolutely fantastic!! Super easy to make things life pancakes and omelettes scrambled eggs – literally nothing sticks to the pan. It is heavy and conducts heat in a nice and even way – which means food also tastes better and it is super easy to clean! Highly recommended.

We bought this one as a present for family and it got a definite “yes” vote! The non-stick surface is very high quality and the cooking results are very good. Highly recommended.
