This is basically a giant Vitamin C boost in pill form however the amount of Vit. C is way too excessive. If you are already taking multivitamins this will probably run right through your system as the body excretes excess Vitamin C through the urine (this is why people mention the neon yellow pee. It’s the extra vitamin being flushed out). If you’re already maxed this is basically spending money and immediately flushing it down the toilet. I had that experience with this. I felt unwell and thought I’d try it out but didn’t find it helpful at all. In fact it gave me stomach pain (probably from the higher concentration). I cannot imagine taking as much as they recommended over a long period of time. Things in that high of amounts is not good for the body in the long term. I would highly suggest talking with a doctor first before looking into using this.

I was looking for an immune booster that was low carb and this was recommended. I started taking this 5 days before I went to a convention which 100s of other people go to and is known for making people sick when they get home 4 days later. I took it all though out the convention and then also when I got home. Last year this convention did make me sick this year I was fine and many other people have reported getting sick. I can only credit this product for helping me avoid the dreaded ‘con-crud’ that others are now complaining about.

Often I get sick when I go on a trip with my students…the last two years I took students on a tour of NY or DC and when I got back I got sick…probably from being tired and worn out and around a lot of crowds…this year I ordered this product and started taking the maintenance dosage for a week before we left and continued taking it while on the trip…I’ve been back a week now and I have not gotten sick so not sure if I am just lucky this time or this stuff works…but I think it works!
