seaotter175.0: Excellent pan will last years and years. You feel the quality as soon as you use it. Very easy to wash and everything cooks beautifully in it. Also great for gravy on top of the stove. But I wouldn’t use metal spoons or other metal implement in it. Stick to wood and silicone. High price but what’s the point of buying cheaper pans where things stick and which don’t cook as well then you end up tossing them. I highly recommend this pan and will buy a smaller one soon.

P. H.5.0: This is a very good roasting pan with a heavy bottom so you can place it on the hob after roasting to make gravy. Love it.
