What a nice little item holes in it are perfect for grated cheese and the cover prevents moisture.

Very nice well made just what I needed for my rubs.I see a lot of people complaining about removing the lid well the lid has a locking mechanism that consists on two internal dents on the lid and two canals on the shaker shaped like an L if you are not careful and force the lid in without using the canals on the lid yes it will be hard to remove. It is not rocket science you can easily figure out by looking at it. It is possible that some of the people complaining here received a returned item because the previous purchaser closed incorrectly.When it comes to how much it can hold I did not verify if it Ounces are a measure of weight and that can vary on the same volume depending on what you fill it in with. What I can tell you is that it is big enough for the purpose I was looking for (using it for my BBQ rubs).Hopefully this helps.

We really like this product. It is handy to dust ribs with rub and many other things. It’s indispensable in our kitchen. We like the safety of the stainless steel and the plastic lid protects the contents in the jar. The photo with the Coca-Cola Is for size comparison
