Used this for Thanksgiving and it was so handy and effective that I bought another as a gift for a family member. You should note that the handles may interfere with an upper roaster lid if you happen to use one. I use parchment and tinfoil so this was not a problem for me and the turkey is always perfect. The rack was not only sturdy but the easiest thing that could be imagined for a roast rack. Instant cleaning. The minute the roast was done I lifted the bird with the rack handles and placed it on a serving dish. I pulled the pin as described on the product and it immediately slide out and the sides pulled away leaving the bird perfectly in place on the server. Wonderful product!

The coating on this is already wearing off in a few places straight out of the box. Maybe it was used then re-packed? However the coating looks really cheap and spray-painted without high-quality curing process. Also the coating isn’t listed as PFOA-free so it’ll most likely get in the food at high temperatures especially given how cheaply it’s applied.

I had a turkey ready for the oven when my rack arrived. I washed it and placed my 15lbs. turkey on it and put the pan in the oven. It was fantastic when my turkey was ready and after removing it from the oven I was easily able to pick it up in the rack and drain the turkey juices into the pan by simply tipping the rack. I was then able to place the turkey in the rack onto the cutting board pull the pin from the rack and I was ready for carving. I highly recommend this product. Great quality and a great value for the price.

Meant to get one for Thanksgiving but got this just before Christmas. Worked perfectly. Held my 15 pound frozen turkey before putting it in oven. Perfect size and cleaned up well. I washed it by hand took no time. Don’t know how I went so long with out this. Very sturdy and shipped quickly!

We needed a new turkey and this one caught my eye. No disappointment from us as we used it for our Christmas dinner. Easy to store clean and especially easy to remove from beneath the turkey. A great design.
