my long and drawn out story of trying to eliminate menstrual cramps. i’ve had them all my life. tried everything! the only thing that would work was ibuprophen and alot of it. well recently i got gastritis from taking too much! yikes! i was not to take ibuprophen for a long time because of it. probably never. so i was sweating and searching for something to take cause tylenol doesn’t do anything. i came across this and read good reviews so i thought i would try it. now with starting this i also starting black strap mollasses ( 1 tbs a day week before period) i really do think the conjunction of both of these really helped. when i got my first episode i took as directed. by the third dose the cramps were gone. and they were gone for most of the day. i did take tylenol too just to be safe. but all around this was great. i would suggest it to anyone with bad cramps. i would seriously also try the blackstrap mollasses too. the magnesium in both of these are what helps the cramps. i wish a doctor would have told me the magic of magnesium for menstrual cramps.

This is the best homeopathic medicine in the world! Just pop two under your tongue every 30 minutes or so until the cramps subside. I typically take four. This is the ONLY thing that helps me besides sleep with a heating pad

I really love the taste of this product but other than that it did nothing for me.I was desperate looking a cure for my menstrual cramps and was hoping this wouldaid me in my search but was highly disappointed. However I am one to give a second chance toa product so I will be ordering its sister “PMS” cyclease cramp to compare the two.

I liked this but they only seem to work for me for 15 minutes. I prefer taking the yogi tea for cramps.
